For almost twenty years, Silver Leaf In-Home Care has earned a reputation for excellence. We are a locally owned Vermont business built on recommendations from clients and their family members. We provide both partial-day and 24-hour, non-medical care for elderly couples or individuals in their final years, as well as for adults with disabilities, including traumatic brain injury, diabetes, acute or chronic illness. We are available for short-term or long-term assistance. For families located here in Vermont or across the country, we are here to provide friendly, efficient, dependable non-medical care for parents or loved ones living here in Vermont.

Owner Patty Bergeron and her team of caregivers cherish the friendships formed with clients over the years. Caregivers are often considered “part of the family” and enjoy participating in birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and other events. Being part of these family memories makes our work especially rewarding!

Silver Leaf services extend to families of clients. We can help with the transition into a nursing facility and assistance with the settlement of the estate of a loved one. Since we get to know our clients and their families so well, we are able to manage all aspects of this transition with their complete confidence and trust.
