Like other Vermont businesses, we had to recalibrate some of our services and activities to accommodate the sudden arrival of the new coronavirus. To protect clients and caregivers, we rearranged work schedules to make our services as safe as possible: we reduced the numbers of caregivers going into each home, and reduced the numbers of homes visited by each caregiver. We implemented a grocery/pharmacy shopping and delivery service for clients in order to reduce risk of exposure in crowded stores. We are very proud of the hard work and dedication of our caregivers and we sincerely appreciate the understanding, cooperation and flexibility of our clients during this challenging time.
